Team Vision -

The Stewardship Team of Christ Community Church will work to provide leadership in the administration and care of the church's property and facilities, finances, and personnel: and work collaboratively in the spirit of trust and caring with other Ministry Teams toward the fulfillment of our mutual mission.

Team Goals -

The Stewardship Team will:

• Maintain the church's property/facilities and supervise their use.
• Manage the church's financial resources and use them, in collaboration with the other Ministry Teams, to fulfill our mutual mission.
• Provide over site of the church staff and coordinate their annual performance.

Current Goals and Activities include:

• Provide assistance to other ministry teams in the drafting of job descriptions and performance assessment instruments for any staff member assigned to their team.
• Establish accounting procedures for the handling of weekly offerings.
• Assemble/Consolidate all existing records in a common storage area.
• Establish an electronic and selected hard copy filing system beginning with 2006 records.
• Continue advancement of sanctuary improvement as resources permit, including such items as: projection monitoring system, lighting upgrade and new carpet.
• On-going building and grounds maintenance, including selected area for painting, plumbing upgrades, etc.
