Music in English class!

Thursday, February 5, 2004
This is a time for farewells. We said good-bye to the class members a little while ago, and now it's time to say farewell to the CCC Web readers. More than likely this will be our last email. We leave tomorrow night after midnight. We don't know if we will be able to tap our aol account in Europe. If we find a server we may pop back with a little report, otherwise we will touch base with you later.
We had a lot of last minute things to do today. Dr.Addo and Lydia stopped in with new tailor made African outfits for us. When we put them on, they were thrilled and thought we looked great! You certainly will be able to pick us out if we wear them to the Mall!!

Tomorrow we have several stops to say farewell to folks we have gotten to know well. We have to have our luggage at the airport at 5:30 P.M. even tho our flight isn't until 12:55 A.M. The elders at the church are having a farewell dinner for us. I think it would be easier to just slip away, but they are so loving and caring and want to give us a real send off. They indicated that they would see us to the airport to make sure things go smoothly.

We have gained much during this special month and are richer because of our experiences. We are impressed with the church members witness for Christ and their dedication. They are a bold minority serving the Lord with gladness.

Thanks, Lee and Sonja, for tending the web site and thanks to all of you who have read our jottings and kept up with us. We are grateful for your support and prayers.
Farewell - till we meet again.
Ted and Eleanor
