Beautiful colors all around us!

We spent the morning with Deb Braaksma, the RCA Supervisor for Africa. She leaves Niger late tonight after visiting several West African countries. She works out of the Chicago office and makes an annual African tour. It was good for us to have the opportunity to see her at this time.
We took our daily walk, in an opposite direction today, and went past an equestrian club. There were many stalls of beautiful well -cared-for horses. It was fascinating for us, but such a contrast to the poverty all around.
It is 10 P.M. we just finished a game of Scrabble and had a cup of tea. We usually go to bed about 11 o'clock and get up about 7:A.M. We are not quite into a routine as each day is filled with new experiences. Tomorrow morning we will meet our class instead of the regular evening time.
